Can I change the email address on my account?

Your email address is your login, so changing it is done with the support team to keep your account safe.

Email hello@swipey.ai from your current account address and tell us the new address you want to use. We confirm the request and move your account, including your Premium, Hearts, chats and companions, to the new email.

Lost access to your old email? Write from the new address, describe your account (for example the date you joined and your last purchase) and we will help verify it's yours.
