I didn't get my login email or code. What do I do?

Login emails usually arrive within a minute. If yours hasn't, it is almost always one of a few simple things.

• Check spam, junk and promotions folders. Mark the email as not spam so the next one lands in your inbox.
• Check the address. A typo creates a different, empty account. Make sure it is the address you signed up with.
• Use the newest email. If you asked for several, only the most recent link or code works.
• Wait a minute before asking again. Requesting many codes in a row can slow delivery down.
• Try Google sign-in if your account uses the same Gmail address.
