How does Swipey AI appear on my bank statement?

Depending on how you pay, a Swipey AI charge appears on your bank or card statement as either SWIPEY.AI or INVAI LTD. INVAI LTD is the company that operates Swipey AI. It is registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, so some statements also show Nicosia or Cyprus next to the name.

Which of the two names you see depends on the payment provider that processed your payment, not on what you bought. Premium, Hearts and Fan Club purchases can all appear under either name.

How to recognise a Swipey AI charge:

• SWIPEY.AI, INVAI LTD, or INVAI followed by Nicosia or Cyprus all mean the payment was made on Swipey AI.
• Match the date and amount with your plan in Settings → Subscription, or with a Hearts purchase you made around that time.
• Still not sure? Before you dispute it with your bank, email hello@swipey.ai from your account email with the date, the amount and the last 4 digits of the card, or ask Swipey Assistant in your chat list. We can confirm whether the charge is ours and help if something went wrong.

Don't want any more charges? You can cancel Premium at any time in Settings → Subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not billed again.
