A reward or Hearts I earned didn't arrive

Rewards are usually added straight away. If one is missing:

• Refresh the page, then check your Hearts balance in the top bar.
• Daily Rewards are a Premium perk and can be claimed once per day; check the countdown on the claim button.
• Referral rewards arrive only after your friend makes a purchase, and are removed if that payment is refunded.
• Challenge rewards need to be claimed in Profile → Rewards.

If something is still missing, email hello@swipey.ai with what you were expecting and when. We'll check and add it if it's due.
