I paid but Premium isn't active. What should I do?

Premium normally activates within seconds. If it hasn't:

• Refresh the page, or log out and back in.
• Make sure you're logged in with the same email you paid with.
• Check your bank app: if the payment is still pending, Premium activates once it completes.

Still not active after 15 minutes? Email hello@swipey.ai from your account email with the date, the amount and the last 4 digits of the card. We'll activate it or refund the payment.
