My photo or video didn't arrive. Did I lose my Hearts?

Photos usually arrive in seconds, and longer videos can take a minute or two. If one hasn't arrived yet, wait a moment and refresh the chat; it's often already there.

You should only pay for media you receive. If Hearts were taken for a photo or video that never arrived or never played, email hello@swipey.ai with the companion's name and roughly when it happened, and we'll return them.
