What is Swipey Assistant?

Swipey Assistant is the in-app help chat, pinned at the top of your chat list. It's an AI, clearly labelled as one, and it answers questions about your account, billing, Hearts and how features work, any time of day.

It can walk you through cancelling Premium step by step and link you straight to the cancel page. It can't change your account or make refunds itself: anything that needs a person is handed to the support team at hello@swipey.ai.
