How to cancel your Premium subscription

You can cancel Premium any time in under a minute, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

• Open your profile and go to Settings → Subscription.
• Tap Current Plan to see your plan and renewal date.
• Choose to cancel.
• You may be offered something to stay, such as bonus Hearts or a discount. Take it if it suits you, or continue.
• Confirm. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again.

After cancelling, your Hearts, Gallery and relationship levels are all kept. Relationship progression pauses without Premium, and a Custom AI chat locks 7 days after Premium ends. Everything resumes as soon as you come back.
