I cancelled Premium but was still charged. Why?

Cancelling stops future renewals, but it doesn't undo a payment that was already taken. If your plan renewed before you cancelled, that renewal stays active until the end of the new period.

Check Settings → Subscription: if it shows your plan as cancelled with an end date, you won't be charged again.

If you were charged after you cancelled, or you cancelled right after a renewal you didn't mean to keep, email hello@swipey.ai with the date and amount. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
