What happens to my Custom AI chat if Premium expires?

Your Custom AI chat is never deleted when Premium expires. For the first 7 days after expiry you can still open the chat and you will see a warning that your subscription has lapsed; after those 7 days the chat locks until you reactivate Premium — and it unlocks instantly, with everything intact, the moment you do.

Here is the timeline. Days 1 to 7 after your Premium expires, the chat stays open with a reminder to renew. From day 8 the chat is locked: you cannot send new messages, but nothing is removed — your companion, your conversation history, and your bond are all safely kept.

Your relationship progress is protected too. Every level you have reached stays exactly where it is; progression simply pauses while your subscription is inactive. You will not lose a Soulmate bond because of a missed renewal.
