Why isn't my relationship bar progressing?

The most common reason your relationship bar is stuck is that progression needs an active subscription: Premium for Platform models and Custom AIs, or that creator's Fan Club for Verified Creator models. If your subscription has lapsed, your levels are kept but progress pauses until you reactivate.

1. Check your subscription. For Platform models and Custom AIs you need Premium; for a Verified Creator's model you need to be in that creator's Fan Club. An expired subscription pauses progression — nothing is lost, it just stops moving until you renew.

2. Check what you're sending. The 3-heart widget next to the message box only counts meaningful replies — answering her question, sharing something personal, engaging with the moment. Every 3 of those add 1 heart to the bar. One-word filler like "ok" or "lol" is silently ignored, so a string of short messages can feel like activity while adding nothing.

3. Check which chat you're looking at. Every conversation in your chats has its own separate bar — progress with one companion never moves another's.
