Are my chats and Custom AI private?

Yes. Your chats are private, and any Custom AI you create is private by default. A Custom AI has no public profile and never appears on Home or in search unless you choose to publish her to the Community.

Inside a chat, everything stays between you and her: your messages, the photos and videos she sends, and the memories she builds about you. Memory is per chat and never shared with other users or other characters.

If you publish a character, only the character, her profile and the posts you choose become public. Other people chat with her in their own separate conversations and never see yours. The same goes the other way: when you chat with someone else's Community character, the creator can't see your chat.

You can always clean up: delete individual chats from swipey.ai/chats, or delete your whole account from Settings.
