How do I delete my Swipey AI account and data?

You can delete your Swipey AI account at any time with the Delete Profile button under your profile → Settings → Profile tab (swipey.ai/profile?tab=settings). Press Delete Profile and confirm — your profile, chats, companions, and personal data are removed.

1. Go to swipey.ai/profile?tab=settings and log in if asked.
2. Open the Profile tab and choose Delete Profile.
3. Confirm the deletion — this is permanent and can't be undone.

What gets removed: your login and profile, your chats and the photos and videos inside them, your Custom AI companions and the memories they built, and your personal data. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it first on the same Settings page so you aren't billed again.

If anything blocks the deletion, or you want your data removed without going through the app, email [email protected] from your account email and we'll take care of it.
